In such cases, Utsunomiya Station East Exit Interchange Facilities and Plaza will select a contractor that handles personal information appropriately, and will enter into a contract with the contractor regarding the appropriate management of personal information and the maintenance of confidentiality.

6. Acquisition of Personal Information by Methods Not Easily Recognizable by the Individual
