Is there any parking area?

We do not have parking spaces at our facility. Please use nearby coin-operated parking lots.

What equipment is included in the room rental?

Tables and chairs are included in the rental fee. Additional equipment, such as microphones, will incur extra charges.

Is there an air conditioning fee?

No, air conditioning is included in the room rental fee.

Can I hire the whole building?

Yes, the entire building can be rented.
Note: The Communication Square must be booked separately.

Is the Internet available?

Yes, each floor has a 2GB internet connection. However, line speeds may decrease if multiple floors are in use simultaneously. For specific requirements, a separate dedicated line installation may be necessary.

Is Wi-Fi available?

Yes, Wi-Fi is available, but it uses the same 2GB connection as the general Internet.

Is eating and drinking allowed in the conference rooms?

Yes, eating and drinking are allowed. However, please take your garbage with you and keep the room clean. Additional cleaning fees may apply for any stains or dirt left behind.

Is smoking allowed in the building?

No, smoking is prohibited on the premises.

Can I have my parcel shipped?

No, delivery services are not available. Customers must arrange for pick-ups or other logistics themselves.

Are coin lockers available?

No, there are no coin lockers or cloakrooms at the facility. Please use the coin lockers at Utsunomiya Station.

Are there vending machines in the building?

Yes, vending machines are located on the 1st and 2nd floors.

Is there a wheelchair available for rent?

Yes, we have three wheelchairs available for rent.

Can I bring my pet?

Pets are not allowed in the building.
Note: Guide dogs and service dogs are permitted.

Is there a nursing room or diaper changing area?

Yes, a nursing room and diaper changing area are available on the 1st floor.

Is there an AED (Automated External Defibrillator)?

Yes, AEDs are available on both the 1st and 2nd floors.
